I like pastas and so my husband! My sisters will make this often either for breakfast or dinner.. wanted to try this one in a day when i did not want to cook at all..! and it was good too..
All you need is:
1 cup of Mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, spring onion etc
Pasta
Oil
onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1
Grated ginger
salt
sugar - a pinch
Green chilly - 3-4
chilly sause - optional
soya sause -
pasta sause -
water as needed
Do it this way:
Pasta:
For sauting:
Indo chinese pasta
1 cup of Mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, spring onion etc

onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1
Grated ginger
salt
sugar - a pinch
Green chilly - 3-4
chilly sause - optional
soya sause -
pasta sause -
water as needed
Do it this way:
Pasta:
- Boil water, add pasta, salt and 3 drops of oil.
- When pasta is cooked, drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
For sauting:
- Add oil, chilly, grated ginger, onion, tomato and saute well.
- Saute the vegetables till they are half cooked.
- Add salt and sugar
- Add little water and close the pan for 5 mins
- Add chilly sause, soya sause and pasta sause.
- mix thoroughly
- Add the boiled pasta to the above and serve hot!
